      Hi, i recently just bought epik, i sort like it, i thought it would have all the customizable parts in the admin part and not having to add code. but i got this theme and now i cant upload ANY PLUGINS!!, it even disabled jetpack and welcome to wordpress. Here is an example of what I Get:

      Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/genesis-responsive-slider.0.9.2.zip…

      Unpacking the package…

      Installing the plugin…

      Could not create directory. /home/content/93/12238693/html/wp-content/plugins/genesis-responsive-slider/

      Plugin install failed.

      Return to Plugin Installer

      PLEASE HELP.

        Epik didn’t crash your site, you most likely have other issues. There are no other reports of this happening, so you probably have something installed on your WP installation which is conflicting with other things.

        Epik won’t prevent any plugins from installing, there is no code inside of it that will do that.

        We would definitely need more information to know what’s going on, but I can assure you that Epik is not causing your issues. Do you have a link to your site?

          dewanbros.com, i installed EPIC but i dont think that caused it. I also Installed simplicty light, but both are from wordpress. So i Don’t know no other thing was added near the time this started.

            I think it is something with wordpress, i deleted those themes. Where should i Look to Find Something?

              You already tried disabling all other plugins and trying that? Or maybe reinstalling WordPress?
