      Hi team, I bought Epik theme years ago from studiopress and it was expected to have updates. Could you share with me where the theme updates are? Thank you

            Hello I’m in the same situation like John. I bought your theme some years ago but I cannot use it. Please let me know if I can have the new version of it. I cannot find it on my StudioPress account.

            Please let me know I loved this theme and would like to use it

              Please send an email through the Contact form with your Transaction ID/Copy of your receipt. You should be able to find this info in your StudioPress account (invoice).

              Then once we verify your Transaction ID/Purchase we can setup your account so you’ll have access to the latest versions.

                        Looks like there were 2 different emails that you used, and it must have sent it to your old one I guess. I will update it with the one attached to your account currently.

                                    Ah, I figured it out. Same issue as above – https://appfinite.com/topic/epik-theme-update-2/#post-24964

                                    Your account was originally setup in 2014 so the system wasn’t giving you access to the latest download/update since it’s been more than a year. (We added annual updates/support a long time ago)

                                    It should be added to your account now.
