full screen footer on home page

I’m using the Adapt theme and on all the other pages that footer is full width of the screen, except on the home page.
Looking at the code on the other pages I see the <div id=”footer”> is Not in <div id=”inner”>, but on the home page it is. How do I structuraly change that?

The footer is showing up fine for me. Its showing outside of the #inner (as it should since #inner is for content, etc) on both pages.

Did you get it fixed?
