Header Right Widget Not Aligning Custom Menu

Hi on my header right widget area I inserted a custom menu however it does not align the way it does on the Optimal theme demo. My menu gets pushed down, please help

Sorry,
I would like to upload an image as my header however when I select the image I get a 404 error page not found. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Do you have a link? What page is it linking to? Have you changed anything in your “General” settings page…specifically the “Site Address (URL)” section?
