      I am not sure what is the issue on this, if you look at the site, the section isn’t staying in it’s space but spiling into the sidebar 2.  I added a featured-4 section so I am not sure if that has something to do with it.

      can you help?

          You may want to check your code and make sure everything is valid, and not missing anything, like tags.  For example, having missing open or close div tags <div> and </div> will result in layout errors.  The same applies to other tags as well.
