Hi I’m in 1.2 of Epik, with extensive modifications to the css and functions.php files. What’s the best way to upgrade to 1.3 while preserving my changes?
I’m afraid the answer is, “You have to manually go thru each line, find your changes, and then make them again in 1.3.” Ok, if that’s the case, then is there no way for me to separate out my changes into its own file, and then include that by reference into style.css, so that I won’t have to go thru the find&replace exercise in the future?
Thanks!

Yes you’re right, take a look here – http://appfinite.com/topic/epik-1-3-for-genesis-2-0-html5-is-now-available/
You can link to a custom css file (you’ll need to create it) to avoid having to do any of this in the future….so once there is a theme update it won’t affect your custom file.
