Make Date Appear on Pages as well as Posts?

Hi,

I just wrote a very long, in-depth page:

http://producingunscripted.com/how-to-pitch-a-reality-show/

I took Yoast’s advice to use a page instead of a post as I’m hoping google picks up the page as an “in-depth” article. However, there is no date displayed.

I’m wondering how I would properly add the date to the page (rather than just typing it in. I assume there is some microdata goodness I’d be missing if I did that.)
