      Hi Wes, my client purchased Legacy a few days ago and I also have it as well. We have installed it and there’s only 3 footer widgets and not 4 in the widget area – http://awesomescreenshot.com/06b2gqd207. I’ve looked at the CSS and the 4th is there and I looked in the functions.php and 4 is also selected in the appropriate area. I cannot for the life of me see why it’s not appear in the Widgets.

        Did you make any changes to the functions file? It should be registered in the functions file right above the widget section.

          Also check to see if they have any Genesis plugins that add code to the theme. That could be what it is if the proper code is already in the functions file. I’ve seen a user in the past with a plugin that overwrote the theme code.

            No. It’s a fresh install. Here’s a screenshot of the CSS – http://awesomescreenshot.com/0eb2gr6n37. Here’s one of the functions – http://awesomescreenshot.com/0512gr6s57. What I’ll do is wait until I move it to their LIVE site. He cloned his site so we could switch to the HTML5 theme. If I have the same issue once it’s moved I’ll post back here. I thought this might be easy to fix.

                So I just went to my testing site, activated it and the 4th widget is there. So there must be something that was already in his theme that’s blocking it. We are switching from Lifestyle 1 to Legacy, so I just look line by line. I have another request I’ll post separately. Thanks Wes.
