Move Primary Navigation

How do I move the primary navigation from below the logo to the right of it (instead of using custom menu)?

You’re actually supposed to use the “Custom Menu” widget and place it inside of the “Header Right” widget area. That’s the way you’d want to do it, as it wouldn’t require any custom coding. Just drag and drop on your widgets page, then select the menu that you want to use (Primary). That’s also how the demo is setup.

That’s what I typically do, but this time I added code to allow menu descriptions using these instructions (http://sridharkatakam.com/adding-navigation-menu-descriptions-genesis/) and I can only get it working on primary or secondary menu – so I thought if I MOVE the primary menu to where I want it…
