"Next Page" link for blog on Home Page…

Is there a way to have the “Next Page” buttons on the blog on the home page have it so when the page refreshes it automatically scrolls back down to the blog section? Currently the page refreshes and the user it back at the top and has to scroll all the way back down to get to the blog.

I didn’t realize it was doing that. It’s supposed to go to the next page without showing the home page items when you click next.

I’m going to have to set aside some time get it working the right way again.
