      I want to put a gallery link in a text widget and put that in one of the EPIK wigeditzed areas on the home page. however, the link shortcode shows up with no images. How do I do this?

        Are you using a plugin to do this? If so, you’d need to contact the plugin developer to figure out how to do it as this goes beyond the Epik theme itself. Genesis themes won’t prevent plugin functionality like that from functioning properly. You would need to make sure the plugin or whatever you’re using offers that as feature/option.
