      Hi Wes & Everyone,

      As a new Aspire Pro user, I’m impressed with how quickly my first two issues were fixed. I found two more minor issues.

      1. When I go to my blog page at http://www.karendoniere.com, the word “By” is above the first posts, but the author’s name is missing. Did I forget to do something in my settings?

      2. My Twitter widget is no longer working. I updated the code just in case there was an error, and it still isn’t working. May I ask your help in fixing this issue? You can find my site at karendoniere.com.

      Thank you for your time and attention!

      Take care,
      Karen

        The author’s name is actually there, but it’s showing up in a White Font Color (highlight the area to see)….and the reason it’s showing up that way is because of a Plugin you’re using which I believe is Genesis Design Palette Pro.

        Maybe you added the change using the plugin, or perhaps it does this automatically? I’m not sure as I haven’t used the plugin myself just yet so I don’t have any experience with it or understand how it works. But the White font color is definitely coming from that plugin. If there is a way to change the font color inside the plugin you’re using, then it should work.

        Here is the code that is coming from the plugin that is causing your Author’s Name to show up White/Missing.

        body.gppro-custom a {
            color: #fff;
        }

        Let me know if that helps.

        I’m unable to provide Support with the Twitter widget since that’s something that was created by 3rd Party Developers. If you’re still having issues with that particular plugin or whatever you’re using, you’ll need to contact the Developers that created it to see what the issue may be.

          Hi Wes,

          After much serious thought and deliberation, I figured out that you were right. This awesome theme did not break my Twitter widget. Sigh! But thanks for pinpointing the Design Palette Pro font color issue, and for great customer service.

          Take care,
          Karen
