Hi Everyone,

I hope all is well. I keep getting complaints that my Featured Section 1 Image is stretched and looks unprofessional. It’s the correct size according to this:

The default images are 1600 pixels wide and 1050 pixels tall.

Do you have any ideas why it looks stretched? My website is: http://www.karendoniere.com.

Yeah it’s definitely stretched. The image itself is stretched as you can see here – https://karendoniere.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/New-Background-1.png

Do you have a copy of the original unedited image? I can run it in Photoshop real quick and adjust the size for you.

Do you use Dropbox, or Google Drive? You can upload it and share the link. There’s a bunch of other sites that you can use too if you want.

The bbPress forum that we’re using here doesn’t have a way to upload attachments by default.

Hey Wes,

I apologize for my delayed response. We had a fire alarm go off. Then the fire dept came, a migraine followed, and then the rest is a blur. I use Gmail so I can share a file with you via Drive. What email address should I use? Thanks again for your help. – Karen

Ah, I was wondering what happened 🙂 No problem though, you can still send the link here if you want, just make sure you check the “Set as private reply” option so I will only be able to see the link.

Or you can send it through the contact form. Either way works
