      I do not understand why the logo is appearing three times when the web page is resizing for responsive. When I reduce the size of the page below 1024 pixels you will see it happen. Any ideas are welcome.

        It’s because you’ve added your logo directly in your css, and in the title area, and it looks like you’re using the WP uploader as well. I would just use the WP uploader and remove it from the css
