Hello, at http://www.handel247.com/ you can see a first post “5 Fehler im Daytrading”!
But i want to show only the featured image, post title and may 200 characters (like in demo)! In try to setup this in Genesis -> Theme Setting -> Portfolio Page Settings … but get no changes. Where is my mistake?

Do you have your settings set to “Display Post Content” and did you add a number inside the “Limit content to” section?

The only other thing I can think of is maybe another plugin or setting, or custom code added somewhere else. Can you try temporarily disabling any plugins that may be conflicting with it? Also checking any other settings in WordPress, and any custom code that you may have added.

No changes. I has deactivated all plugins, remove header image and header widget …
Also try a complete fresh installation with a “new” downloaded version on another domain. Same result. ๐Ÿ™

It can be a correlation with genesis update v.2.0.2 Updated: 1/9/14?

I’m wondering if it’s because of Genesis 2.0? I know that there is going to be a major update to this theme to make it HTML5 and work with Genesis 2.0. At least that’s what Wes mentioned not too long ago. I’d try asking him to see if or when that update will happen. This is of course assuming that it just needs to be updated.
