Ahhh I spoke too soon, I just looked at the code of that demo/link and realized we were talking about two different things. I thought you meant is it possible to center your nav by itself, I didn’t see the part mentioned about a Logo in between.
But now that I see you wanted it to look like the theme demo with the logo in the middle. It is possible, but it will take some CSS skills to customize it to work that way. They are using a Primary Nav on the left, and Secondary Nav on the right, which means you’ll have to make a lot of edits to your css to make this happen….regardless of which theme you use.

If you want to try the logo in the center, the you’ll need to study the Source Code and CSS of that theme to see how they did it. Either that, or you can hire someone to do it for you. It shouldn’t take too long.
