      Hello! For some reason we are suddenly no longer able to access our TEXT tab in the visual editor. Is there a recent update / issue that could be causing this? We need to add a video, and usually do so in the Text tab… Thank you!

        No the Theme itself doesn’t control or have a way to affect that part of the Admin/Editor, so I would say it must be something external causing that issue.

        It could be another plugin, or perhaps a faulty WP/Genesis installation. See if you can re-install WordPress using the option on the Updates page. If that doesn’t fix then try temporarily disabling some plugins to see if that does something.
