Hi,

Total newbie here. Im not sure how anything works at this point. I want to install the aspire theme pro but I’m having issues. I already bought it and when i look at my themes it doesnt show up.

Its also telling me to install a child theme..(popup) but not sure how this works. any help would be greatly appreciated?

for example do i have to do it myself with widgets ?

Do you already have the Genesis Framework installed?

Yes i have it installed and i keep getting that popup. I’ve been to that tutorial but ill check again.

so i reinstalled everything but it also gives me this message. But it says that Genesis is active.

Out of all of the Installs from Customers, this has been the first time I’ve seen this happen. Is it possible to create a Temporary Login so I can see what’s going on in the background?

I’m sure it’s something small that needs to be adjusted.

Just a temporary login. You can create a user/password and use any email (just make one up) and then send the user/pass here. Just make sure to check the box that says “Set as private reply” so no one else can see it.

It looks like there was an issue with your Genesis Framework install. I reinstalled the Genesis Framework and then the Aspire theme showed up.
