Upgrade and Dashboard Not Working

Hi. I logged into our WordPress Admin and it showed updates were needed. I hit update and it kept saying upgrade unsuccessful. Today I went to try again and my website is there and displays fine, but when I go to Dashboard it is blank. I tried to read forums on tips of what to do and saw a recommendation to clear cache (done), delete all plugins or switch themes, but I can not access any Admin pages to do anything. For years our site has been set to auto updates. There has never been an issue until now. Can you please assist on how we can move forward?

This sounds like there was probably a hiccup when WordPress tried to update. Something like this can happen if WP is updating and your hosting goes down at the same time. Did you ever get this resolved?

If not, try contacting your host. They should have an automatic backup of your site.

Aloha Kronos! No! This has not been fixed yet. Thank you for getting back to me with some guidance. I will contact our host and see if they have an automatic backup to assist!! I am grateful our site is displaying, but I really need in to the Admin area.
