      @Wes, thank you. I just downloaded and installed. This fixed the primary menu. I appreciate your help.

        @Eric – It does show only 1.4. I purchased from StudioPress. Apparently they do not have the latest? How can I get this?

          I found that you had to use a menu widget and put it into the Header section to make the menu do this. It does not work with the primary and secondary menus. Let me know what you find after the update please

            I found that it will not work with the Primary and Secondary menus that are integrated into the theme. I had to use a widget and put it in the header. Is this by design?
