      Thanks for that.

      I was fooled by WP. When I first set up the categories and descriptions, it was those description that showed up on the front end in the WP default template theme.

      As you kindly mentioned, I added the description to the Category Archive Settings. The great thing is it accepts html. So now I’ve got nice descriptions with images as well, for each category. Can only be good for SEO, I hope.

        Hi,

        The site is under development so I cannot give out the URL yet. But I have looked into it further and discovered Epik theme does not show the category descriptions that packaged WP themes do. Instead, it shows the archive heading and intro text for a category.
