      Hi, how do I make header sticky/freeze so that when i scroll down it still shows header and menu at the top?

            This is considered a Customization, so you would need to either do this yourself, search for a tutorial, or hire someone to do it for you if you’re not familiar with customizing css. Most of us usually help with some of the small stuff, but doing something like this goes beyond the scope of support (Rule #3 – https://appfinite.com/topic/forum-rules/), since it will take quite a bit of time and code to implement. Try doing a google search for more tutorials if you’re unable to get the first one to work.

                Check this out, it’s from StudioPress – http://my.studiopress.com/tutorials/sticky-menu/

                Here is a plugin that is supposed to do it (I haven’t tested this myself) – https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-sticky-menu/

                There should be a lot more tutorials out there as well.
