I took your advice and added the class to my css. I put it at the bottom of the 02 Defaults section… don’t know if that matters or not.

Here’s the exact code I used in the widget:

<div class=”center”><p>An on-site photo shoot, extensive photo editing and delivery of appropriately licensed images included in all proposals.</p>

      <p>Request Proposal</p></div>

Only used one div as you suggested. Let me know if you see any errors. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate your help!!

Thanks Kronos! Really appreciate your help 馃檪

I can try what you suggested, but I kept fooling with it and came up with this. Let me know if you think this is the best way, or at least an okay way. It seems to work, just want to make sure I’m not opening myself up for some problem I can’t foresee based on how I did this.

<p style=”text-align:center;”>An on-site photo shoot, extensive photo editing and delivery of appropriately licensed images included in all proposals.</p>

        <p style=”text-align:center;”>Request Proposal</p>

If you think what you suggested is better/safer, please let me know and I’ll switch to that.

Thanks for the link! I looked it over and I’m not quite sure how to construct this to include the two lines I want to display in the widget.

The first line of text is: An on-site photo shoot, extensive photo editing and delivery of appropriately licensed images included in all proposals.

Then on the next line is a button: Request Proposal

Sorry, but it just isn’t clear how to go from what I had with the old HTML to the “text-align: center;” version. Could you help me format the replacement code?

Do I add this to the stylesheet?

I got the button to show up, but the text and the button want to wrap together. I tried to code this so that the text would do what it needs to on the left and that the button could be inline with the first line of text on the right. Here is the current code I’m using:

<div class=”alignleft”>An on-site photo shoot, extensive photo editing and delivery of appropriately licensed images included in all proposals.</div>

              <div class=”alignright”>Medium</div>

I was thinking that the <div class=”align left”> and <div class=”align right”> would give me what I’m looking for, but it doesn’t seem to work.

Hey Wes, thanks for the quick reply! I seem to have figured it out. When I created the posts that are shown in portfolio, I just used an image with no other content and no title. The code seemed to pull the URL in absence of either of those things. As soon as I added titles, the URLs went away. And because I have content set to zero, now nothing shows up… just like I want it to work 馃檪

That took care of the first issue in my original post. The nav menu is not pushed down any more. Thank you for the help!

But the logo still doesn’t re-size and center for smaller screens. An iPhone screen is a good example of what I’m talking about.

Thanks Eric! That makes sense if the demo is only 58 pixels tall. I’ll use that as a guide and work from there. Awesome support… really appreciate it!!

Okay, I figured out that it’s really only changing the values. But 120 pixels high seems to be taller than the default space where the text from my general settings was displayed. What size should the height of a logo be so as not to make the header get taller?

Thanks Eric! Does it matter where in functions.php that this goes?

Okay, so far I haven’t broken anything 馃檪 and that worked great! 聽Is there any way to get the shadow only back? 聽I tried just adding the line “background: none;” and it kept the shadow but also kept about 1/2 of the white space.

Thanks for the quick reply Wes!! 聽I commented out the two pieces of code and added the one back. 聽It works great all except for a white border that’s at the bottom of each image. 聽Is there something I can add or comment out to remove that?
