      Ok, see http://veenaprashanth.com/introduction/

That is the permalink of one of the posts. At the end of the post, you’ll see the comment form, and that’s where any future comments made on that post, would show up too.

However, if you look at the main blog page – http://veenaprashanth.com/blog/ – you’ll see that the above post is listed. But at the bottom of the post (on the main blog page), I would like to see the same comments section just like it currently shows only when you visit the actual permalink.

So if there are 5 blog posts, then going to http://veenaprashanth.com/blog/ would show each post in full (I don’t wish to break it up and use more tag), and then at the end of each post, I wish to see the comment form, followed by any comments that may have been made on that post. All on the archive and main blog page as well.

      Hope this makes sense.

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

        Hi Kronos,

        >>I copied this from your sites Source Code –
        [DAP day=”1″ hasAccessTo=”1″]Video 1 Embed Code[/DAP]<<

The source of the page is only reflecting the quotes that have already been modified either by Genesis or by Epik (or both). So you’re only proving my point. A normal double-quote is showing up as a smart-quote when you view the page, and since by that time the theme or whatever has already affected the quote, when you do a view-source, the same messed-up quote is going to show up in the view-source as well.

I made a quick video that shows that the back-end quotes are all normal, it’s the front-end quotes that are getting screwed up.

        See http://screencast.com/t/HnTvtIY4zHD

Hope we can get to the bottom of this.

Thanks for your time and help!

          Eric,

If I change themes, then the issue goes away and the quotes show up properly.

So it has absolutely nothing to do with OS/Browser/Keyboard etc. If I look at the “Source” tab of the WordPress post, the double quotes look normal. They look normal in any other theme except Epik.

So the issue is definitely the Epik theme. I realize you are not the author and don’t work for the company. So thank you for your response.

I’m hoping to hear from the theme developer on how to fix this.

          Thanks,

          – Ravi

Figured it out – it’s because I am not using “Slider Wide” – it’s currently empty.

I had hoped if I left a text widget empty, it wouldn’t show at all – but it is adding some blank space even when empty.

            1) Any way to make it completely invisible?

            2) If I put the slider text in slider-wide, my text blurb (left) and video (right) go too far out to the edges. Any way to restrict the size of the slider-wide content and make it appear just as wide as the slider widget?

            Thanks.

            – Ravi

              Hey Wes,

Don’t need a detailed showcase. Just a couple of links would suffice if you can share them hear real quick 🙂

              Thanks.
