It’s not just Safari. It was Chrome on iPad as well.
We sorted it. Had to make one declaration !important.
Just FYI, I just replicated it right now on the demo sites on your site for Imagery, SquareOne, Guru (blue section with logos) with an updated iPad.
Thanks for the reply.
Hey Wes,
I’m having this issue right now as well. 12/8/17
Was there a fix for this?
I pulled the most recent version of the theme as well – 2.0.0.
Thanks!
Wes,
I’ve got the background images showing on alternate places.
Labled:
Featured Section 3 Image
Featured Section 5 Image
Featured Section 7 Image
I cannot get the alternate ones to display. Have been inspecting the CSS for 2, 4, 6 & have eliminated some of the background color but still not showing.
Image not showing for:
Featured Section 2 Image
Featured Section 4 Image
Featured Section 6 Image
Can you help with this too?
Thank you!
Thanks, Wes.
You rule. And I had accidentally removed the FPB 2 image instead of FPB 3.
Removing “.front-page-2 .image-section,” from the output.php was exactly it.
Appreciate it!
Wes,
I have an image in Featured Section 3 Image.
When I inspect the page, it looks like it’s showing in .front-page-2.
I am hiding the background in inspector but there is still color over the background.
Can you give some indication of what I need to do to remove the background color to allow the image to show through? I do see the background-image: url property with the image in inspector btw.
Thanks!
Thanks, Wes!
No, I meant in the blog loop on the home page. Would love to only include certain categories.
I’m not sure where the loop is called in the theme. Could remove & replace with one with category filtering.
Thanks!
I think I see it now. Looks like there are background colors set overlaying them but they’re there?
