Hi,
It seems I can’t change the number of posts that appears on my homepage.
I have tried to change the number in Genesis Theme Settings – Blog Page Template, but this does nothing…
Any idea?
Thanks,
Hi, with my blog post page it is currently showing the entire post. I would like it to show just a little first part and then with a ‘Read More’ link.
I have tried under Settings-Reading-For each article in the feed show-Summary
How can I get my blog page to show just introduction text, so that the entire post does not show at once.
My blog page is this: http://loissoderlind.se/nyheter/
Thanks so much.
hi.. what plugin is this? use in the portfolio page of this site?
Hi guys
the header I have gets cropped when I open a blog post to read- fine when the site is full width. I have uploaded Genesis responsive header plug in but it doesn’t seem to work.
I am not sure how to edit code (where to find it) so am a novice in that regard.
the site is: http://www.bodyinmind.org/
Thanks in advance

Hello,
I’m setting up my new site using the Epik theme and my portfolio page looks nothing like the demo site’s portfolio page at this link: http://my.studiopress.com/themes/epik/#demo-full
The CSS is definitely not the same… the page is really plain and the featured image is not lined up with the title or content below it etc. none of the CSS shadow styling is there and so on.
The site is offline being developed so I can’t show everyone but if it is something you’d like to check yourself please feel free to let me know I can provide login info privately.
I’ve recently removed the blog content from under the title by commenting out the appropriate code in the page_portfolio.php page but even before that my page does not have any of the styling the demo site has. Should this not be an “out of the box” ready to go kind of situation?
Thanks very much.
Hello, I’m changing my page using Epik theme, so far I have this http://www.pepandblog.es
Cute? Not so much if you try to read it in an iPhone. The logo appears cut. I don’t know what do I have to change. I have tried to use the responsive header plugin but I think that my image should be small enough to be viewed in an iPhone. It is 360px wide.
Can someone please light my way? I’m totally lost in here!!
Thanks!!!!
I’ve tried several different ways to reposition the post title and post info after the featured image in the Blog page and the category archives, and so far, I’m only batting .500
I’ve been able to move the post title so that the image is to the left, and the title is above the excerpt, but nothing I’ve tried seems to make the post info (date and comments link) move between the post title and the excerpt. It really really wants to stay above the image or below the content, on a full line all by itself.
I tweaked the CSS once, but that didn’t seem to affect it… am I missing something?
Using Adapt 1.3, Genesis 2.0.1
Hi, I can’t get this theme to work properly as in the demo.
The front main home is in a broken looking masonry style. I can only get something vaguely as you have it when I create a page for the front with blog template, but even then no sidebar with logo and menu as you have it in the sidebar.
Any helps appreciated!
In Firefox and IE Epik looks beautiful but I was shocked today when I saw it in Chrome. I tested it on both Windows 7 and 8 machines.
After some searching I found this solution:
http://www.adtrak.co.uk/blog/font-face-chrome-rendering/
http://www.fontspring.com/blog/smoother-web-font-rendering-chrome
Unfortunately I’m not sure how to implement it with Epik since
//* Enqueue Lato Google font
add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'genesis_sample_google_fonts' );
function genesis_sample_google_fonts() {
wp_enqueue_style( 'google-font', '//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300,400,700', array(), PARENT_THEME_VERSION );
}<!--formatted--><!--formatted-->
is a bit strange to me.
I made it look a bit better though by adding
-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;
-webkit-text-stroke: 0.2pt !important;
to the css file. It still doesn’t look right unfortunately but it does make it more readable.
Does anyone know how to implement the svg fix to the font-face?

Hi there,
Should I be able to use the Featured Post Plugin in Epik?
Just wondering since I’ve added it to a client’s blog and it’s all over the place. Have I missed something?
Many thanks in advance for your help,
Trish

Would you lend insight why this blog post does not show comment section.
This is happening to a couple of random blog post pages and I am not sure why. The page has Discussion and Allow comments highlighted.
Thank you,
Toby
